Porches and pigeons and tiles, oh my! (Days 17-21, A Medium-Mega Update)

With things moving along a bit and actually requiring our participation again, we again didn't manage to do daily updates, so here's another consolidated one.  That's probably a rhythm we will be settling into in the coming weeks, but we hope you'll follow along anyway.  Enjoy!

Day 17: Truckinnnnnn' A.
Day 17: Truckin', eh?

Day 17: Et voila.  Hopefully all the roof tiles we will be needing.
Day 18: They didn't do much at our site because their crane was needed next door, but you can see how they joined up the flaps here.
Day 19: Insulation arrived and they started the one porch, because the replacement beams also arrived.
Day 19: Insulation.
Day 19: Porch from another angle.
Day 20: Inching along but on multiple fronts, kind of...Some more insulation arrived, and the porch roof continued. Meanwhile last night we managed to get a bunch of the insulation into the house, since it needed both drying and protection from dew.

Day 20: Moved some insulation into the house ourselves.
Day 20: Some of it had holes.  :/
Day 20: Full house?
Day 20: The main roof has more wood on top than we remember...
Day 21: Gettin' symmetrical... Porch #2 got filled out a bit today
Day 21: Not much insulation left outside, because...
...we got a tonne of insulation hauled into the house!
Day 21: Some even up to the attic... all by hand! It was a real family effort.
Day 21: Pigeons started taking up residence, so we have here our first bird poop...
